HSE launches ‘Partnership for Change’, the report of the Mental Health Reference Group. The report recommends establishing Local Fora and Area Fora for SU engagement, the establishment of an Area Lead of Service User, Family Member and Carer Engagement and the appointment of a Head of Service User, Family Member and Carer Engagement.
It also sets out plans for an Office of the Head of Service User, Family Member and Carer Engagement, a Strategic Advisory Group to the Head of Service
User, Family Member and Carer Engagement and plans for capacity building and training.
